Terms & Conditions – File Prep + Print Setup: Guided Service for Short Run Corrugated
By purchasing the File Prep + Print Setup: Guided Service, the client (“Client”) agrees to the terms below. This service is provided by Sharon Eucce, Packaging Chic (“Service Provider”).
Scope of Service
This service includes:

One (1) onboarding call (up to 45 minutes) to clarify specs and walk through the service steps

One (1) Loom-style instructional video for navigating the recommended online box printer

Review of one (1) production-ready artwork file with written notes and recommendations before the project is submitted

Access to support resources, reference materials, and file submission instructions

One (1) file review call after the project is printed (optional)
The Client is responsible for making all revisions to their file. This service includes up to two rounds of file review. If further help is needed beyond this scope, file assistance is available at a rate of $175 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments.
Timeline
This service must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. If the Client has not scheduled the onboarding call or submitted materials within that timeframe, the service may expire. Extensions may be granted upon request and at the discretion of the Service Provider.
Payment & Refunds
Full payment is required to begin. This service is non-refundable once purchased. Payment unlocks access to the onboarding calendar and support materials.
Communication
All services are delivered through scheduled video calls, email, and shared links. Brief clarifying questions are always welcome and can be sent through the Coaches Console messaging system.
Texting is allowed for quick updates, urgent needs, or small celebrations (yes — I love hearing when something goes live!).
Unscheduled project calls or in-depth support requests are not included in this service. If more time is needed beyond what's outlined, additional time can be added at the hourly rate.
Ownership & Promotional Use
All final design files created by the Client remain their property. The Service Provider may request permission to showcase project visuals or behind-the-scenes images for promotional use (website, portfolio, presentations, etc.). Nothing will be shared publicly without written approval from the Client.

If the Client chooses to move forward with additional packaging projects, the Service Provider may offer ongoing support through:
The Client is under no obligation to continue, but additional services will be billed separately.
