At this stage, packaging projects often involve multiple suppliers, evolving files, and shifting timelines. This service helps ensure your packaging continues moving forward without unnecessary delays, confusion, or costly mistakes.

You’ll receive:

• Weekly working sessions (30–45 minutes)
• Ongoing support and feedback as your project evolves
• Supplier communication and coordination
• Guidance through supplier selection and next steps
• Review of dielines, layouts, and production details
• Coordination with designers and key partners
• Timeline tracking and next-step planning

This is an active working engagement designed to move your packaging through to production so you have finished packaging ready to use.

This service is typically structured as a monthly engagement (1–3 months depending on scope). If your project requires a different level of support or timeline, custom structuring is available.

This is not full production ownership. It is experienced guidance and coordination to help your packaging move forward while you maintain direct relationships with your suppliers.

Production Art

Built for brand teams who want print-ready packaging files without the guesswork.

This service takes your approved packaging designs and prepares them for flawless production. We handle all the technical details — dielines, colors, file formats, and resolution — so your packaging goes to press smoothly and without costly surprises.

Production Art is ideal for brands that already have their creative in place but need professional preparation for print. Whether you’re updating existing packaging or rolling out a new SKU, we make sure your files are correct, complete, and ready for your supplier.

You’ll receive:

• Review of your provided brand assets and existing packaging files

• Development of production guidelines, including dieline adjustments and technical specifications

• Art and color setup for accurate print reproduction

• Image resolution checks and adjustments as needed

• File formatting to meet supplier requirements

• One round of revisions after initial file delivery

• Thirty (30) days of post-delivery email support for minor file-related questions

Choose Your Tier:
🟦 Tier 1 – Single SKU, Single Format ($750–$1,000)
For one product and one packaging type (carton, label, or pouch)

🟨 Tier 2 – Multi-SKU, Single Format ($1,000–$1,400)
For 2–5 SKUs using the same format

🟩 Tier 3 – Multi-SKU, Mixed Formats ($1,800–$2,400)
For 2–5 SKUs across two packaging types (e.g., cartons + labels)

This is not design creation from scratch. It’s a specialized technical service to ensure your existing designs are built for production. The result: press-ready files that keep your brand consistent, your colors accurate, and your timelines intact.

• A 60-minute kickoff call

• Review of your dielines/specs

• Cost driver analysis

• Up to 3 custom pricing scenarios

File Prep + Print Setup: Guided Service

For brands managing their own online ecomm box orders, but wanting a bit of support along the way.

Ideal for projects like eCommerce mailers, speaker swag kits, or custom shippers in small quantities.

You (or your designer) handle the file and ordering. I guide the process to help you avoid expensive mistakes, confusing specs, or uploading the wrong thing at the last minute.

Includes:

• Onboarding call to confirm your box style, specs, and goals

• Training videos on how to order from my recommended online box supplier and produce art that works

• Quick-reference materials covering dielines, file setup tips, and common mistakes

• Review of your production-ready file with notes or approval before you submit to print

• Final check-in call (optional) to answer lingering questions or confirm you're good to go
