Thank you for booking the Packaging Pricing Strategy & Cost Review with Packaging Chic LLC. This service is designed to provide supplier-neutral pricing insight and strategic planning to help your brand prepare for packaging production with confidence.

Before we begin, please review the following terms:

1. What’s Included

This service includes:

One (1) 60-minute kickoff call to review your packaging goals, product specs, and materials
Review of up to five (5) dielines, packaging quotes, or spec sheets depending on tier
Analysis of cost drivers (materials, formats, quantities, print method, finishing, etc.)
Up to three (3) pricing scenarios based on your current packaging or future plans
A custom PDF report with pricing ranges, key observations, and strategic recommendations
One (1) 30–45 minute follow-up call to discuss the report and next steps

Your selected service tier (Single SKU, Multi-SKU, or Mixed Formats) will define the level of review and scope.

2. What’s Not Included

This service is a strategic evaluation tool. It does not include:

Design work, packaging artwork, or branding development
Printing or physical production
Sourcing of suppliers or coordination of sample orders (available as a separate service)
Ongoing packaging production management (unless added separately)

3. Scheduling & Client Responsibilities

To begin your project:

You’ll complete an intake form and provide any available packaging files, specs, or supplier quotes before your kickoff call
Once materials are received, your kickoff call will be scheduled
If scheduling must change, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice
The full service is typically completed within 2–3 weeks, depending on your responsiveness and the complexity of the review

4. Payments & Refunds

Full payment is due at the time of booking
All payments are made directly to Packaging Chic LLC
This service is non-refundable once the kickoff call has been completed
Rescheduling of calls is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice

5. Independent Work

This service is delivered solely by Packaging Chic LLC. No outside contractors or partners will be involved in your pricing review unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Portfolio Use & Confidentiality

Because this service does not produce original design work or visual assets, there are no planned uses of your materials for marketing or portfolio purposes.

Any proprietary information shared (pricing, supplier quotes, product specs) will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of completing this service.
