Terms & Conditions for Packaging Pronto: VIP Design Day
Thank you for booking Packaging Pronto with Packaging Chic LLC. This program is designed to deliver fast, focused packaging design—powered by our collaboration with Hidden Path Creative.
Before we begin, please review the following terms:
- What’s Included
Packaging Pronto includes:
- One 30-minute strategy call to discuss your goals, product details, and packaging needs
- One full Design Day (9 AM – 4 PM CT), during which you’ll receive and review packaging designs in real-time
- Up to 3 packaging designs (cartons, labels, or pouches) based on your content and complexity
- Final print-ready files delivered within five (5) business days of Design Day
- Thirty (30) days of post-Design Day email support for minor edits or production-related questions
- What’s Not Included
This program includes design and final production-ready files. It does not include:
- Printing or physical production of packaging
- Custom illustrations, logo design, or branding development
- Revisions beyond the scope of the Design Day or support window
If you need help sourcing print production, we’re happy to assist through a separate Packaging Chic service.
- Scheduling & Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth Design Day:
- You’ll receive a pre-day content checklist and must submit your copy, product details, dielines (if available), and any required assets at least five (5) business days prior to the scheduled Design Day.
- Design Day will be scheduled and confirmed once your materials are received.
- You’ll be available for real-time feedback during the Design Day (via email or Zoom, as discussed on our strategy call).
- Payments & Refunds
- A 50% deposit is required to reserve your Design Day. The remaining balance is due upon final file delivery.
- All payments are made directly to Packaging Chic LLC.
- Because this is a reserved service date with limited availability, deposits are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling requires at least 3 business days' notice and must occur within 30 days of the original booking, subject to availability.
- Collaborative Structure
Packaging Chic LLC is your primary service provider and manages the Packaging Pronto experience. Design services are fulfilled in partnership with Kelley Kempel of Hidden Path Creative.
Kelley is introduced transparently as part of the extended Packaging Chic team and may work directly with you during the design process. Her creative contributions are delivered under our shared standards of quality and professionalism.
- Portfolio Use & Credit
By participating in Packaging Pronto, you grant permission for Packaging Chic and Hidden Path Creative to showcase the completed packaging design in their portfolios, websites, or promotional materials. Final work may be credited as “Design by Hidden Path Creative in partnership with Packaging Chic” unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Independent Contractors
Hidden Path Creative is engaged by Packaging Chic as an independent contractor for design execution. Packaging Chic LLC remains your direct point of contact for all services and invoicing related to Packaging Pronto.
